How to use the wheel

  1. Pick a starter set, or write your own 2 to 6 options.
  2. Optionally pick what matters most: time, effort, cost, or enjoyment.
  3. Tap SPIN in the middle of the wheel. The robot walks, the hamster runs, the wheel stops, the robot dives, and the answer appears in the pool.
  4. Ask yourself: Relieved, disappointed, or still unsure? What does that tell you about what matters here?
  5. Choose this one, defer it, or name one fact you need first. Then spin again if you want.

A worked example

Suppose you cannot decide what to watch tonight. Put in comedy, thriller, documentary, and a feel-good film, then tap SPIN. If the wheel suggests a documentary and you feel relieved, choose it. If you feel disappointed, ask yourself why — perhaps you wanted something lighter after a long day. You can then choose the comedy instead, defer the decision, or check one fact first, such as how long each film is. The spin is a prompt for reflection, not a verdict.

Your options and reflection stay in this page, in your browser's memory, while it is open. Nothing is sent anywhere from the tool itself.
